(유럽: AI ACT) AI (Artificial Intelligence) ACT 에 대한 가이드 라인 발행 예정
EU의 AI Office 는 지난 2025년 12 월 4일, AI Act 를 기업들이 어떻게 적용하고 준수해야 하는지에 대한 가이드라인을 순차적으로 발행 하겠다고 발표 하였습니다. 해당 가이드 라인은 High-risk AI 분류 가이드, Article 50 의 Transparency requirements, Substantial modification 등을 포함한 하기 리스트 된 가이드를 순차적으로 발행할 예정입니다.

- • Guidelines providing a voluntary template for the post-market monitoring of high-risk AI systems
- • Guidelines on the elements of the quality management system which SMEs and SMCs may comply with in a simplified manner
- • Guidelines on the AI Act’s interplay with other EU legislation, for example the joint guidelines of the Commission and European Data Protection Board on the interplay of the AI Act and EU data protection law
